DAI - Solo exhibition in Germany

The DAI (German-American Institute) in Tuebingen invited me to have a solo exhibition in their space. It was truly an honor to show both my documentary work with Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, during the pandemic and also my personal project Faces of Resilience.
They did such an amazing job handling the printing and hanging of the show. Due to the in-person restrictions the opening was held virtually and we had a live artist talk thanks to modern technology.
They even brought classical music to the space for everyone to enjoy from the safety and comfort of their homes.

The lovely Micha Himpel streaming live on Zoom with me during the virtual exhibition opening - which was a first for the DAI!

As you can see from our smiling faces, we had such a great time, amazing how technology can bring us all together, no matter where we are in the world.
